To continue the enrollment process and finalize your acceptance:

  • Locate your username provided in the Enrollment Packet sent to you by the University of Reston Admissions Office. Go to www.universityofreston.com to create your Student Account using your username and create a new password.

    support@universityofreston.com if you need assistance.

  • While logged into your student account, complete your Academic Profile and activate your Student Email address. Begin using your email account to communicate with the university and your assigned University of Reston Academic Adviser.

  • From your student account, download, print and complete the required and optional forms listed. Mail these completed and signed forms to the University of Reston admissions office by airmail or other mail delivery service as soon as possible. Do not email these forms to the university. If you do not have consistent internet access, you may use the forms sent to you by the University of Reston Admissions Office in your Enrollment Packet. Completed and signed forms should be sent to the address below or submitted in-person at the University Admission Office.

Required Forms

  • Submit the Confirmation of Enrollment Form to confirm your intention to attend University Of Reston.

  • Mail a cashier’s check and/or international postal money order with your completed form for your initial deposit fee. Do not send cash.

  • Note: this deposit becomes non-refundable two months from the date of your initial acceptance letter.

  • Complete and sign the University of Reston Transcript Request Form requesting that your previous university send an official transcript to the University of Reston Admissions Office. You may use this form with appropriate payment (if any) for the issuance of your official transcripts.

  • Use this form as necessary for multiple transcript requests

Health Information Forms

  • Health History and Physical Examination Form

  • Immunization Records Form (for MMR, Meningitis, etc.)

  • Authorization for Medical Records to be Obtained/Released Form

  • Health Insurance Waiver Form

New Student On-Campus Orientation Session Registration Form

  • New Student Orientation Registration Form is for incoming students registered for orientation for either Session 1 or Session 2 for each semester

  • Tuition Installment Payment Plan Form

Additional Forms – For already enrolled students

  • Transfer Credit Evaluation Form for Graduate Students
